This project aims to integrate three separate e-commerce platforms that The Rike uses for selling their products: Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. The system designed to synchronize product data across these three platforms, allowing The Rike to manage their inventory and product listings from a single, centralized location. This will significantly reduce the time and effort required to maintain product information across multiple platforms.
Here’s a breakdown of the technologies used in The Rike project:
AppSheet: A no-code platform that allows The Rike to build a user interface for managing their product data. AppSheet will essentially act as the central hub for the system, where users can view and update product information.
MongoDB: A NoSQL database that use to store product data. MongoDB is a flexible database that can handle the high volume of data that is likely to be generated by The Rike’s sales operation.
NestJS: A JavaScript framework for building server-side applications. NestJS will likely be used to develop the backend logic for the system, such as synchronizing data between AppSheet and DynamoDB.
By implementing The Rike project, The Rike expects to achieve the following benefits:
Reduced workload: By managing product data from a single location, The Rike will save time and effort compared to manually updating product information on each individual platform.
Improved accuracy: By having a single source of truth for product data, The Rike can help to ensure that product information is accurate and consistent across all of their sales channels.
Increased efficiency: The Rike project can help The Rike to streamline their sales process and improve their overall efficiency.
With the aim to implement digital transformation, rebuild team structures, and improve controlled automation processes for all 20+ fully remote employees. We built freight transportation systems, warehouses, barcodes, front-end processes, finance and accounting, marketing and all other work related to the internal and work of each department including: Purchasing team, marketing team, listing team, technical team, shipping team, shipping team and management system for admins.
By implementing an automated management system, The Rike significantly reduce processing time, costs, and expenses. From the brink of bankruptcy, revived revenue to $385,000 in 8 month. We cut costs effectively, reducing total costs and expenses by up to 60%. Maintain a tech spending level of $300 per month, open the way new for businesses to develop sustainably and automate almost 80%.
The WREF mobile application will be integrated with The Rike’s existing operations to provide a central hub for managing various tasks. Here’s a breakdown of the core functionalities:
Automated Forecasting and Ordering: The system will use historical data and sales trends to automatically forecast product demand and generate purchase orders for suppliers. This will eliminate the need for manual forecasting and ordering, reducing the risk of stockouts and overstocking.
Inventory Management: The system will track inventory levels in real-time, providing The Rike with clear visibility into their stock levels. This will allow for better inventory management and reduce the need for manual stock takes.
Delivery Management: The system will automate the dispatch process, streamlining order fulfillment and delivery scheduling. This will improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We used the following technologies in this system:
WREF Mobile Application: A custom-developed mobile application that will serve as the central hub for managing all aspects of The Rike’s operations.
AI Tools: The system will utilize AI to generate forecasts and optimize inventory management.
Integration with Existing Platforms: The WREF mobile application will integrate with The Rike’s existing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and The Rike’s website) to synchronize product data and streamline sales processes.
By implementing The Rike: Automate Management Processes project, The Rike tea shop expects to achieve many benefits. They reduced processing time for manual tasks like inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling. Lower costs associated with manual processes and potential human error. And increased income through improved efficiency and better inventory management.
